Our onshore data center is based from BurstNET™ also known as Network Operations Center located mainly at Scranton, PA, USA. The 11,000 square foot BurstNET™ Data Center facility contains everything needed to ensure mission-critical Internet operation is functioning at the highest performance levels. A full list of features/services in usage in the Network Operations Center is found below.
The Network Operations Center uses industry-standard SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and provides round-the-clock monitoring of all hardware, including routers, switches, UPS systems, and servers. The Network Operations Center also monitors power, environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), generator status, and network connectivity.
Germany Based Data Center
Our offshore data center is based from Hetzner Online AG in Germany. Hetzner Online operates their own network structure. More than 60 Gbit of redundant network connections via De-Cix, Global Crossing, Tiscali, AM-SIX and other carriers guarantee the perfect mix for maximum performance. Administrating their own routers secures short reaction times.
