iRock Web Hosting Solutions Terms Of Service
iRock Web Hosting Solutions provides web hosting to people all around the world. We have the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best service possible.

Content
We strongly prohibit the use of any our service for any illegal activities. IRock Web Hosting Solutions must abide by US/DE /PL State and local laws. Each client must also abide by these rules while you continue to use our service. We reserve the right to remove any account at any time if we feel our terms our not being met by any client.

Content Restriction for Onshore Servers
1. Any copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
2. Child Pornography or adult Pornography.
3. Hate content.
4. Threatening, racial, or otherwise abusive content.
5. Any and all content inciting, instructing, or promoting illegal activities.
6. Fraud, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Pyramid schemes.
7. Hacking/cracking, warez, cracks, spam software or any material that contains a virus.
8. Abuse towards our staff or other clients on our network is not tolerated.
9. Slander about IRock Web Hosting Solutions over the internet is grounds for account termination.
10. Hosting videos, or mp3s on the server is strictly prohibited.
11. Shout cast or streaming media is prohibited.
12. Spam is not tolerated and your account will get suspended or even canceled by us.
13. Seeding torrents / Bit Torrents are not allowed
14. Proxy websites are not allowed to be installed on any of our servers.

Content Restriction for Offshore Based Servers

  • Rapidleech (Or any other Rapidshare related scripts, even if it uses limited resources).
  • Torrent related scripts.
  • Harmful/Damaging Content (E.g. Viruses, Spamming Tools).
  • IRC related scripts/content.
  • Phising/Scam Websites
  • Any content deemed as ‘CYBER-BULLYING’, includes such as but not limited to: Hate Websites.
  • File Hosting Scripts (Linking is allowed).
  • Hosting videos, or mp3s on the server is strictly prohibited.
  • Audio/Video Streaming Websites (Linking is allowed).
  • E-Mail Spam Bots, Fraud, or anything relevant.
  • Shell / Server Info Scripts.
  • Attempts to overwrite set server limits.
  • Proxy websites are not allowed to be installed on any of our servers.

If restricted content is found on your account or an account inside your account, iRock Web  Hosting  Solutions reserves the right to remove it and terminate or suspend your account without notice, depending on the severity and nature of the offense.

Domain Names
Just in-case the client aborted his subscription over iRock we will transfer their domain to their preferred hosting company after 60 days from the date it was created, provided that the client will pay a transfer fee of $15. This fee is implemented to ensure security for with our service which is not solely for a domain name.

Abuse
Any attempts to undermine, slander, libel, threaten, or cause harm to a iRock servers, customer, employee, or the company directly or indirectly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination without refund. In addition, we will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law.

Spam or Unsolicited E-Mail
You must not use iRock Web Hosting equipment or any email address in connection with the transmission of spam, flames, mail bombs, or substantially similar, unsolicited email messages. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above stated details. This prohibition extends to the sending of unsolicited mass mailings from another service that in any way implicates the use of the iRock Networks, email address. A message is considered unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a newsgroup charter or if it is sent to a recipient who has not requested or invited the message. For purposes of this provision, merely making one’s email address accessible to the public will not constitute a request or invitation to receive messages.

If you are found to have spammed, iRock Web Hosting reserves the right to null your account(s) without warning. In addition, iRock Web Hosting may impose a $100 penalty for each spam policy violation. iRock Web Hosting solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, iRock Web Hosting reserves the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Resellers
Resellers must provide tier 1 support to their clients. We will not directly support your clients. You may open a support Ticket and our support staff will be glad to assist if you cannot provide the support needed.

Payments
You will receive invoices by email monthly, yearly, and biennially depending on your product subscription. You can also find the invoice inside your account at our myiRock system. All payments must be paid promptly, we will suspend any accounts that are 2 days over the payment due date. We will terminate any account that are 10 days over the payment due date. If you require a backup of your website your payment for the month due must be paid in full in order to have your backups. To get any suspensions lifted,(this is if your moving hosting and your account with us is suspended) iRock Web Hosting Solutions reserve the right, not to or to issue any refunds. Refunds will not be given to any clients that break our terms of service.

Cancellations
10 days notice must be given for any account cancellation. A cancellation request should include, the valid reason for your cancellation and your suggestion.  Refunds are solely for within the 15 Days Money Back guarantee period from the time your account was activated. Refunds are only applicable if they did not violate any rules written under this page. A ticket should be submitted to our billing division for assistance. Live Chat operators are not able to cater cancellations. We cannot guarantee that you will be given a full, or partial, or any kind of refund at all.

For VPS Cancellation, your right to use the service will stop immediately. You may not have access to data that you stored on the service after we suspend or terminate the service. You are responsible for backing up your data that you use with the service. If we cancel your service in its entirety without cause, we will refund to you on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your service remaining right before we terminated your service.

All cancellation requests are processed during working hours from Monday – Friday only. Our billing division is closed during weekends. Cancellation are processed within 5-7 days and account termination will also be processed by the time the cancellation request was approved.

Support
You can submit a support ticket to our support team at any time or even chat with us live when online. You can submit a ticket by logging into your myiRock account. We will only provide support for server related problems and upgrade. We do not provide support to the web applications that you installed on your account.

Backups
You are responsible for making backups of your own websites. At this time we have disabled the automatic backup functionality of our cPanel to ensure server stability and reliability. In this case you are requested to submit a ticket if you want to backup all your files. The requisition is for free and can be requested on unlimited times.

Web Hosting Sponsorship (Not Available at this time)
All web hosting sponsorship must follow the general terms and conditions specified on this page. The said sponsored site must also place a banner on every page of the said website. Blog posts and pages are not acceptable. Banners are sent of by e-mail. Package includes for web sponsorships are limited to 1.5GB of disk space with Un-metered bandwidth. If the party had decided to go with more disk space we are requiring them to upgrade to a paid hosting plan.
